New Christmas Ornaments by “Mara!”
Come see our new Christmas ornaments, as designed by artist “Mara,” at “Heart
of Croatia” Gifts! “Mara” has hand-painted some beautiful designs she took
from Croatian embroidery designs, on her unique and one-of-a-kind glass globe
ornaments. Also at our “new” category we offer T-shirts, buttons, pins,
travel CD-Roms, “licitarska srce,” Lepoglava Cipka (exquisite lace by Danica
from Varazdin), and a new cookbook by Croatian authors Gordana Pirker-Mosher
and Liliana Pavicic. We also have 8 dolls in Prigorje and Slavonijan costumes
ready and available for immediate delivery—no waiting on special orders!
It’s Christmas Shopping at its most Croatian now at “Heart of Croatia” Gifts!
Visit www.croatiagifts.com to select unique products that celebrate Croatian
traditions and customs. Make certain to see our special Christmas category
where you will find traditional “licitarska srce” (honeybaked hearts),
Croatian Santas, hand-painted Christmas ornaments by “Mara,” Christmas cards
by Marijana, and Christmas prints by world-renowned naïve artist, Ivan
Generalic! Wait ’til you see our adorable “Sretan Bozic!” (“Merry
Christmas!”) snowbears, our hand-painted “Tiha Noc” (“Silent Night”) eggs,
and our newest addition to our Croatian village collection, our “Bozic
(Christmas) Shop.” You may want to consider a wooden tamburitza ornament for
your tree or our newly-released and acclaimed video, “Christmas in Croatia”
for your holiday entertainment! There are many additional categories to visit
as well, including that of our new watercolor artist, Miho Simunovic, who
paints lovely renderings of special locations in Croatia.
