GAVRAN’S NEW PREMIERE IN PRAGUE

Gavran’s play ALL ABOUT MEN will be premiered by the Divadlo STUDIO TWO Theatre in Prague at the Vyšehrad Summer Stage on July 7, 2008.  Blanka Kučerova has translated it into the Czech language, while it is being directed by Jana Janekova. Maroš Kramar, Filip Blažek and Michal Slani play the leading roles.

The Czech performance will be the eighth premiere of this Gavran play, which had its world premiere in the Slovakian city of Trnava in the autumn of 2006.  In this unusual text, the three actors each play five roles in five different stories that are interwoven.

Miro Gavran’s dramas and comedies have gone through more than one hundred and seventy premiere performances on five continents, and have been seen by more than two million theatre-goers.
